The next event will be held on 17 - 18 May 2008 (Entries are now closed).
Entry fee is £200 per team of 11.
There will be a meeting of the organising committee an all team captains a few weeks before the event.
There will be a maximum of 40 teams allowed to run. We especially encourage charity teams, foreign teams, corporate, ladies', and vets teams.
Mixed teams are welcome.
Just complete the Entry Form and return to me with a cheque (PAYABLE to The STRAGGLERS).

The Prizes

Prizes will be awarded as follows:

1^st Overall Green Belt (perpetual), plus Team and Individual prizes.

1^st Ladies Pewter Plate (perpetual), plus Team and Individual prize

1^st Vets Walking Stick (perpetual), plus Team and Individual Prizes.

1^st Club Vets Team Award (perpetual), plus individual awards

1st Super Vets (ladies 45+ & men 50+)

1st Mixed Team Team Prize, plus individual certificates (must have at least 2 females to qualify)

1^st Corporate Team Shield.

Last to complete whole course The “Toilet Seat”.

Tony Hopkins Award (Perpetual) Best Age Graded Run

Mike Hutchins Award Oldest runner to complete 2 stages.

Mark Critchlow Award Runner o break course record by most.

The Wissahickon Trophy

For the team that collected the most money for charity. It has been paid for by Wissahickon Wanderers from Philadelphia.

King & Queen of the Mountains

Team prizes will be awarded to the lowest cumulative time of four men and four ladies, in any team, over stages 4, 5, 16 and 19.

All competitors will be given a race t-shirt. With stage winners given stage winners t-shirts (male and female).

Other prizes may be awarded depending on the level of entry and sponsorship / support for the relay.
