Some clips from e-mails received after the 2002 Green Belt Relay "had a terrific time - saw a lot of beautiful countryside and villages that were new to me, and although the last five miles of leg 14 found me thinking a lot of 'penguin' thoughts, it was a completely positive experience. It was my first time at the event and despite misjudging my speed on the first leg and consequently feeling terrible, I had a great time and I know other in my team did too (Ranelagh Lassies). It took us 2 hours on the preceding Thursday to work out logistics for just 3 of us so I can only wonder at how you got your head around it. Well done and thanks again. See you next year hopefully."

Having been responsible for just planning to get my team around the two days, I can not imagine what sort of planning and preparation that you must have gone into to arrange the whole event. Well done mate! I did ask my fellow team members on their views of the weekend, they all seemed to enjoy it as all said they would be back next year so it can't have been that bad! I did also ask them what they thought could be improved next year and I thought I would let you have a summary of this feedback.
