Introducing "London's Green Belt Way"

See the exciting link at the Long Distance Walkers Association

http://www.ldwa.org.uk/ldp/members/show_path.php?menu_type=S&path_id=7019

This is a 222 mile footpath around London, basically following the route of the Green Belt Relay with 52 diversions comprising of 50 miles of changes. There is a huge write-up of all the places we pass on the walk, but please do not confuse with the Green Belt Relay route as there are differences.

Where to Stay over the Weekend

To really get the full enjoyment from GBR, I recommend that all your team, stick together over the whole weekend. Organise a place to stay, a meal for the Saturday night and support each other all the time. You'll take back memories which will stay with you for a long time, you'll make new friends and you will feel part of something really special.

The link to accommodation  will give you some advice for where to stay. It's not a complete list, but I hope it helps. Updated 27 January 2009, if you find any broken links please e-mail me
